What We Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to get a diagnostic completed in order for a quote to be put together. Due to the nature of our work, diagnostics would need to be performed before we can give an accurate quote. Our labor rate is $180 / hr and we do offer senior,military,and first responders discounts. Our Process
Drop-off
Tell us the issue you are experiencing with your vehicle and plan a time to dropoff so we can get it in line to be diagnosed
Diagnose
Depending on the nature of the problem, diagnostics can take anywhere from 1 hour to upwards of 36+ hours. Please allow us time to properly diagnose your vehicle so we don’t miss something that could be a serious issue once repairs start.
Approval
After Diagnostics are completed, we will begin our Write-Up of repairs and recommendations. If repairs are approved we may request a parts deposit to secure any parts your vehicle will need. If repairs are denied we will only need payment for time spent on Diagnostics and then the vehicle will be released back to you.
Completion
We will begin the repair and stay in contact with you for parts ETAs and a completion ETA. Sometimes we may run into an issue with backordered or discontinued parts and we will communicate these problems if they arise. Once the vehicle is completed you will recieve a call, text, or email to inform you of completion!
